Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of placing order (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm PST, excluding weekends and holidays).

If you are in a cold climate that is below 40 degrees when ordering, you must use Next Day Air or Second Day Air and we will supply a heat pack. This is so the ink will not freeze and be unusable. **No refunds on frozen product.**
